By submitting a bid or listing on ReRank, you explicitly acknowledge that all payments are strictly final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Rank is dynamic and can be outbid by another user at any time.
1. Service Nature
ReRank provides a public competitive ranking leaderboard. Your listing's placement is determined solely by the amount paid in bids relative to other active listings.
2. Dynamic Rankings
We make no representation or warranty that any position or rank will be held for any specific duration. If another user pays a higher bid amount, your listing will automatically shift downward in rank.
3. Acceptable Use & Moderation
You agree not to submit URLs or content that are fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, or contain malware. ReRank reserves the right to hide, modify, or remove any listing that violates these terms without refund.
4. Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by our authorized payment providers (Dodo Payments and Whop), who act as the Merchant of Record and handle applicable international taxes and compliance.
